Spaces
Much of my current work explores lonely spaces - farmlands, cityscapes, small towns - when they are quiet and devoid of people. I am interested in the physical dimensions of the space, but also in the combination of ennui and majesty they create in me. These spaces, held still and analyzed through the lens, exist both momentarily and permanently. With these series I am also looking at the culture which creates these places and exists within them.
