<a href="../images/portraitL.jpg" target="_top"><img src="../images/portraitS.jpg" height=128 width=90 border=1 alt="portrait" align=right></a> <font face="garamond, new york, times" size=3> My name is Christopher Schneberger. I'm an artist, musician, filmmaker, and teacher. I currently live in Chicago, Illinois, where I've been since 1997. My primary medium right now could be considered photography-based mixed media. I work at the Evanston Art Center where I run the photography program and teach six classes each term. I also teach at Columbia College in Chicago.<p> I make photographs and mixed media artwork which I exhibit both locally and internationally. I also play drums in a band called <a href="http://www.avocet.us" target=new>Avocet</a>. I've also made a few short films and hope to continue working with film and digital video.<p> My other interests include travel, cinema, baseball, and power tools.
